A co-worker was running the 2018 Boston Marathon for the Joseph Middlemiss Big Heart Foundation and asked me to design shirts she could use as a fundraiser. The Joseph Middlemiss Big Heart Foundation works to raise awareness for congenital heart defects and supports families whose children have been diagnosed with such conditions.
